I have really slim legs, how can I bulk them up?!
Question: I have really slim legs, how can I bulk them up!?
My legs are 28cm around the calf and I'm 5ft2 and not anorexic or bullemic, just naturally slim!. How can I bulk up my legs, I've been told to ride a bike but because of balance issues I can't do that!.

Dance! I am size 8 (British size 8) and always have been despite having two children, but I have always had good legs because I have danced for years and years anything where you are up and down on your toes will increase the size of your calf muscles !. stand with your heels hanging over the edge of a stair and rise on to your tip toes (hold on to something !!) then let your heels go down as far as possible repeat, aswell as lengthening your tendons it will increase your calf musles!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Most women are dieting and trying all kinds of exercise regimes to get legs like yours!. If you're quite young then it's likely that you'll fill out as you get older, but if you're already mature then exercise to bulk up the legs may help!. You could eat more carbohydrates to gain weight but that would make you gain weight all over or may not make any difference if you naturally have a high metabolic rate!.

Try bodyweight squats, bodyweight calf raises, and bodyweight lunges!. (google)
I also recommend you look at your diet, try increasing your protein intake to allow for more muscle growth, and if you have a high metabolism you'll want to up the carbs and fats too!.
