I think im becoming anorexic/bullemic?!


Question: I think im becoming anorexic/bullemic!?
Im overweight and have always been watching my weight but recently ive been trying to throw up food to no avail; it hasnt worked &telling myself i have a stomach ache, trying to stay home from school and get some ipecac to make me vomit and i then binge!.
I dont want to be anorexic/bullemic!?

if you think it comes to the stage that it's pretty serious, i'd go get some professional help!. But if you reckon you are game enough to overcome it yourself then go for it!.
Because you said you were overweight and watching your weight, i'd just put the junk food in high places where you can't reach, and then when you crave it and go to get it you'll think "why am i doing this!?"!.
Another alternative is a diet, and with support from your family and friends it can be really easy to loose weight!. If you loose weight that way, it can also cause you to realize that you don't need to skip school to buy ipecac or put your fingers down your throat just to loose some unwanted weight!.

Don't do it!.!. Just think, and I mean Really, Really, Really Think before you eat something!. If you're overweight, just choose your foods better!.!. It's all in the choices you make!. You can thank the Media/TV For your paranoia about Bulimia/Anorexia!. If you fell disgusted after you've eaten something, remember how you're feeling, and think about that before you eat something like that again!. It works for me!. I was 235 Pounds about a year ago, and I'm 175 now!. I've simply had to have better self-control when it came to what I ate, and I kept exercising regularly!. I was tired of being overweight!. It is VERY Difficult, but It's not at all impossible!. It's in the Choices that you make!. You have to be determined!. Start counting Calories!. Keep your Calorie Intake to about 1200 per day, and Exercise daily (Any type of Exercise) Walk, Ride a Bike, or if you want to stay inside, just Jog in Place for awhile!. Do Jumping Jacks!. Something, Anything at all will help, but cutting calories to 1200 daily will begin weight-loss, and you'll notice it immediately, then it will level off, and you'll gradually lose it, by about 1-2 Pounds per week, if you adhere to a diet!. The easiest way to avoid an eating disorder like this, would seem to be to just eat healthier, so you'll feel good about what you've eaten, and won't have the urge to throw it up!. Good Luck, I wish you the best, and you can lose weight without an expensive diet plan!.!. I've done it, and sustained it for a Year, and you can do It Too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

There is clearly an issue arising, which you've luckily noticed and realised that it's a problem, and NOT normal!. Eating disorders are considered illnesses, and you should definitely go for help!. Talk to someone you trust: parent, relative, friend, etc!. Maybe go to your doctor!.

Eating disorders are actually considered to be MENTAL illnesses, so your best bet is to ask for a psychiatric referral!. Don't give up until you get one; you shouldn't need to wait until you're in too deep to get help!. These are dangerous, often deadly disorders!.
