Sweat producing exercise and drinking lots of water!. Calories burned must exceed calories consumed!. If you eat ONLY protein, meat, fish, chicken, eggs, you can kick your body into a state of ketosis in which your body burns fat for energy (this is called the 'Atkins Diet) and you will feel super human and can lose 15 pounds in one week!. eat more fiber, and replace white bread with wheat bread!. low fat milk, cook meat thoroughly preferably in the oven, without any oil, over a rack, so the excess fat will drip!. eat salmon (cooked slowly in oven), it tastes good and that class of fat is good for you!. eat yogurt, and your favorite vegetables!. eat tomatoes as if they were like fruit (try with a little salt)!. and over all, remember to exercise, to burn the "extra" fat!.

warning though, if you actually gain muscle, you will INCREASE in weight, because muscle tissue is alot heavier than fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
