Does running help..?!

Does running help..?

My friend is in track and he says it just helps your legs from becoming tired and of course being fit. But I was wondering if it worked on your abs? I asked him but he said it doesn't.


Answers:

Running won't build your abs up. It'll reduce the fat around your abdominals so that whatever you have there will become more visible. If you want abs, look into workouts with medicine balls. I never gave it much credence until I tried it, and now I won't work my abs any other way.
