Question: Has anyone on here fasted!?

If so what were your reasons and how long did the fast last and did you drink or eat anything AT all!? How did you feel coming off the fast!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

i have but i only manage to do it for 2 days!. i felt horrible when i ate again and its because i want to prove to myself i can do it and not be fat anymore:( o and i drank only waterWww@Answer-Health@Com
