Doctor says my weight is fine? but i feel so fat...?!


Question: Doctor says my weight is fine!? but i feel so fat!.!.!.!?
im a 15 year old girl!.!.!.i had a doctor's appt today, im 5'9" and between 135-140 pounds!. for height, out of 100 girls im 99th!. (being 100 is the tallest girl for my age) and for weight im 50th!. the doctor says that i'm perfect and she would worry if i lose any more weight!. but i just have some fat on my hips, thighs, and stomach that i really want to get rid of!. i guess i wouldn't mind if i gained weight, as long as its only muscle mass!. last time i checked i had a body fat percentage of about 25%!. that was about a year ago though!.!.!.!. do you have any tips to lose fat in those areas!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It sounds like you just want to kind of tone up since your weight is fine!. I think pilates would be a great exercise for you!. It gives you long lean muscles so you don't look bulky!. It should get rid of the little fat you have left and leave you looking lean and slim!.
You can find pilates tapes at walmart, target or some other store like that!. They are not too hard to do either and this way you don't have to go to the gym!. Good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

25% body fat is average for a female!. Of course we can always be leaner, but you are definitely not fat!.

Maybe just gain some muscle mass, this in turn will lower the body fat percentage and tone you up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
