Question: Why can I lose weight in my thighs !. !.they are so big!. I'm 155 pounds, 5'7!?

Well I think it's totally about self-control:

Breakfast: integral toast and a 70-calorie yogurt

Lunch: Fruit (any kind, except banana) and a fish (not fried)

Snack if you get hungry: gum or 90-calorie diet bar

Dinner: Light soup (not a creamy soup, it has too much fat)
Or maybe a cup of special K or cheerios

Some other tips:
DON'T EVER DINNER AFTER 7PM, IT HAS BEEN PROVEN IN INVESTIGATIONS AND THAT HELPS A LOT, TRY TO DINNER BEFORE 7, I SWEAR IT'S AMAZING

I recommend you coffee in the morning, it gives you a lot of energy! (without sugar, or maybe splenda)

Another thing is to drink green tea twice a day, it burns fat and it's good for your health

And of course, do at least 50 abs per day

you can't just lose weight in one area!. its impossible!. when anyone loses weight they lose weight all over their bodys which is good! :) anyways heres my helpful ideas and tips!

drink alot of water!. water flushes out fat in the body and it has no cals, fats, or carbs!. running is a good work out is works out the whole body very well!. turn on some music and dance! :) dancing is a great way to lose those pounds!. dancing requires alot of energy and works out the body the best because your moving alot and your moving fast and its the funnest work out because your having fun!. also you should eat less, eating less means your not taking in more cals, fats, and carbs to burn!. also have fun and laugh they do say laughing burns tons of cals because its working muscles!. (ever noticed how when you laugh so much you tummy muscles feel alittle tight and sore!? that's because it worked out your tummy) :)

When we want to get rid of body fat, there is no way to specifically burn fat from one part of the body!. Doing situps won't burn the fat that is covering your abs and doing tricep extensions won't get rid of the fat that is covering your triceps!. The only thing you can do is lose weight all around and eventually the problem area will also improve!. The way to burn fat is through a calorie restricted diet in conjunction with an exercise routine that will burn calories!. Activities that burn calories include running, biking, swimming and other high intensity activities!.

A lot of it depends on the foods you are eating and the exercises you are doing!. Could run in your family too!.

I have lost fat (most of it from my thighs) and have gained better health by following this and the other program I mention in My Profile!.

You will get everything you need by eating the following, listed in order of nutritional value:

Raw leafy green veggies (romaine, red and green leaf lettuces, kale spinach, etc)
Solid green veggies - raw, steamed or frozen (asparagus, broccoli, cabbage, peas, peppers, etc)
Non-green, non-starchy (beets, mushrooms, onions, tomatoes, etc)
Beans/legumes - cooked, canned or sprouted ( chickpeas, pinto beans, black beans, etc)
Fresh fruits (apples, bananas, oranges, watermelon, etc)
Starchy veggies (white potatoes, sweet potatoes, squash, corn, carrots, etc)
Whole grains (barley, millet, oats, brown rice, quinoa, etc)
Raw nuts and seeds (almonds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, etc)

Do not skip breakfast!. Oatmeal with fresh fruit!. No sugar or milk!. Rice or almond milk is better!. Smoothies can be good too, depending on what you put in it!.

You don't have to eat eggs, fish or meat for protein!. You can still eat them, but a huge salad with some chicken would be better!.

If you eat the right foods you don't have to count calories or carbs!. Diets and pills don't work!. Medicinal herbs take over and weaken your system!.

Drink filtered water!. City water may have added chemicals!. Can you really trust bottled water!?

Pop is one of the worst things you can put in your body!. Stay away from sugar, junk food and over processed foods!.

Before you worry too much about your thighs - have a look around at your family - what are their thighs like!? Somethings are genetic and then the best thing to do is to make peace with them!. Otherwise, the best way to slim down thighs would be going for walks, jogging or doing things that don't build muslce!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

BE AWARE THAT YOU CAN NOT SPOT REDUCE!.

I own a gym and this is a biggy with women!. Doing lunges and squats till the cows come home aint gonna do you a damn bit of good if the rest of your body isnt in check!. PERIOD!. Your body is one working unit, you need to work it out that way!.

In order to loose weight one must burn the amount of calories then consume!.!.!.and then some!.

Your diet should be between 1200 and 1500 calories daily!. I am a fan of Fitday!.com this site can help you determine your caloric intake and assist you in tracking it!.

A minimum of 1 hour of cardio 4 times a weekly in your target heart rate!. ANY kind of cardio that gets you too this is fine!. There are lots of sites you can go visit to determine yours!. google it!. Adopting a full body weight routine at least 3 times a week and you WILL see improvements!. No you wont bulk up!. Another huge misconception is that youll get huge quads, the fact of the matter is that women are not designed to have rippleing muscles!. Unless you are geneticly predisposed otherwise!.

Many trainers will allow you to pay and split a session with a pal, so that each of you pays half!. Educate yourself!. Seek advice from other professionals!.

It is so important that we all have as exercise routine FOR LIFE!.
