Question: Is this a good work out!?
Sunday & wed- jst play basketball for 4 hours
Monday & thurs- 20 reps, 5 sets bicep curls (10 pound dumbell each hand!.
- 20 reps, 3 sets push up
- 20 reps, 3 sets 10 pound dumbell each hand http://youtube!.com/watch!?v=wncFCtPXkZM (but i do both arms at the same time)
- 50 reps, 3 sets crunches
- 20 reps, 3 sets shoulder press weight 10 pound dumbell each hand ( http://youtube!.com/watch!?v=FpWrzp9Mnyg&f!.!.!. )
Tues & fri -(mon,tues,thursday,fri, sat) 50 reps, 4 times toe raises!.!.!.
-20 reps, 5 times JUMP squat with 10 pound dumbells (each hand)!.!.!.!.
-20 reps, 3 times lunges(steady lunges) with 10 pound dumbells (each hand)!.!.!.
Sat- the jump squat, bicep curls, push up, crunches, toe raises(same reps & sets)
is this too much or not enough!? or is it jst fine
im 14, 143 lbs, 5'7/8!. between 20-25 vert!. i wanan dunk in a year or 2 & get strongerWww@Answer-Health@Com

Your muscles grow when you're resting!.
You're obviously overtraining!. And 4 hours of basketball can get all your muscles burned!. When you do cardio for long hours your body turn to muscles(protein) for energy, which will result in muscle loss!.
You could do with lesser reps and heavier weights!.
