Is it bad to do a full body workout?!


Question: Is it bad to do a full body workout!?
if i work on upper body is it bad to work on lower body the same day!? ive always worked out separately and took breaks

also what are exercises that can help me tone and cut biceps
i have 16inch biceps

and what are good chest exercises

work a couple of separate muscle groups per day, then alternate a second different set the next, and so on!. you can make yourself a schedule of however many days it takes to cover all your muscle groups, and then just keep rotating!. you should always leave at least one day in between working a specific muscle group, cause the muscle tears resulting from the workout need time to heal!. if you wanna tone, you do high rep sets with low weight!. if you wanna build, you do low rep sets with high weight!. standard for biceps are curls: bar curls, dumbbell curls, bench curls!. you wanna work on chest!? flat bench press for lower pecs, inclined bench press for upper pecs, bar or dumbbells!. dips are also great for your chest!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

As long as you don't lift the same body part 2 days in a row you are fine!. Full body workouts are actually very good for your metabolism and hormone secretion

For biceps, just keep curling!. Also pullups are great!.

Seated dumbell flys and chest press are your best bet with dumbells!. Also, try wide pushups where you go down slowley and spring upwards!. Focus on using your chest muscles in these lifts!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
