I'm 5'7" and weigh 130. Best way to lose 15 pounds?!


Question: I'm 5'7" and weigh 130!. Best way to lose 15 pounds!?
the only thing i've done is substituted all drinks for water!. can i expect results that way!? what about exercise!? thanks in advance!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't lose any weight!. Tone your tummy!. Cutting out the sugary drinks will work, however!. In high school I cut out all sweetened drinks and sodas (soda's make you gain weight, even the diet ones, plus they make you retain water!.) and I cut out the twix bar that I ate every day at lunch!. I lost weight and didn't even try!. I really didn't notice until people kept telling me that I was getting really skinny!. Of course I wasn't trying to lose anything, just trying to eat more nutritious foods!.

I used to do what I called reverse sit ups!. I would lie in bed and raise my legs over my head and touch the wall behind my head!. I did as many as I could!. I was up to about 200 a night and I had a little six pack tummy!. Since you are in bed, it doesn't hurt your back bone against a hard floor!.

edit: you probably don't need to do that many!. I always had trouble falling asleep, so I would try to exhaust myself to be able to get some rest!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

What works for me is to somehow drag my butt out of bed at 8 am and just run around the neighborhood!. If you need to find a route to travel, either use your car or your moms if you don't have one and use the mile log thing to find out where you can run to!. As you get stronger you can add more and more distance!.

If you do it early, you don't have to worry about it for the rest of the day!. :) If I didn't have drivers ed after, I'd shower and crash!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

go wheat free!. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on!. And no food after 7 p!.m!. People achieve marvellous results with it!. Depending on your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month!. If you don't eat wheat then you don't eat all those sticky, fatty goey cakes, you don't eat junk food, and you don't eat biscuits!. But your diet is still balanced!. Do it for yourself : easiest way to lose weight is to decide for yourself that you really want to lose weight if you are not motivated enough than nothing is going to happen
Exercise : do cardio exercise, yoga, pilates its great to burn fat and it will tone ur body as well, Dancing can be one of the ways of a work out and you may not even get bored of it!.
Diet wise : drink 8-10 glasses of water!. U should have a healthy balanced diet have more fibre and protein in your diet they keep you full and energized and you should have small meal every 3 hours and don
