I've lost 6 lbs in a wk... is this unhealthy?!


Question: I've lost 6 lbs in a wk!.!.!. is this unhealthy!?
I eat a healthy breakfast and lunch but have zero appetite in the evening; not sure why!. So I just work out at the gym at night and i've lost like 6 pounds in a week!. I do cardio and weights!. Am I losing muscle or water or what!? I'm just not hungry at all after I get off work!.

I'm 5'4 and weigh 115 now!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Usually, losing 1-3 pounds per week is healthy!. A 6 lb loss in a week could either be water loss or muscle loss, so your right about that!. Since your doing weights too, your weight loss shouldn't be that high so it probably is the water!.
Make sure to keep yourself hydrated and don't over train!.

I'd say its a mix between water and muscle mass that you've lost!.
You're probably not hungry during thr evening because thats when your exercising!. Try having a light meal before you workout, even if its just a tuna salad!. And eat your bulk at lunch!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
