Question on lemonade diet?!

Question on lemonade diet?

Okay...is that all you do? drink lemonade? can you eat? are you just supposed to drink lemonade for 10-40 days or is that all your ALLOWED to drink but you may eat, I need to detox before I get started with my diet, what's a good detox thing?

Before you start any kind of major diet don't you think it would be a 'healthy' idea to know something about it?
