Will doing squats with weight make your thighs muscular?!

Will doing squats with weight make your thighs muscular?

cause I want to do squats but I feel that it works mostly in the thigh? and I don't want to have muscular big thighs.


Answers:

Yes it will work your thighs, BUT if you are doing them with the correct form, it will also target your booty. I wouldn't worry about creating some massive muscular thighs, because it will tone them up before you start packing on the bulk anyway. You won't go from flabby to bulky... toning is in the middle. AND depending on how much weight you lift will make a difference too! Do more reps with less weight (which tones) instead of lots of weight and not may reps (which bulks). Good luck!!
