I really need my dieting question answered.?!


Question: I really need my dieting question answered!.!?
Ok well i have 2 questions!. I am 5, 220 lbs, 6 ft 1 in!. This is just for the second question!.

My grandpa is coming up that i have not seen in 2 years and his big thing is eating out for breakfast!. What are some good breakfast things that you can get!. How much should i get can you like kinda tell me what to get so i don't overdue it like how many of something!.

My second question is what is a good diet cookbook!. I hate seafood!. So no south beach diet!. But what is a good diet cookbook even if i would go to a doctor about loosing weight i would still have to eat right and i need a cookbook to guide me!. I am really bad on what foods are good for you and what aren't!. So can someone tell me a cookbook that has helped them!.

For Breakfast!.!.!. If you are in a restaurant - Instead of:
pancakes - get whole grain toast
and if you have a choice, ask for real butter, not margerine!.
for omelettes, ask them to use 'egg beaters' those are eggs with most of the fatty high cholesterol stuff removed!.
any juice is ok
if you can, drink a full glass of water before your meal arrives!.
as much fruit as you want is ok!.
No sausage or bacon if you can do it!. If you just cannot pass, smash/squeeze 2 slices of bacon/sausage between a few napkins to get the extra fat out before you eat it!. Limit yourself to just the 2 slices of bacon or two pieces of sausage!. eat just half of the hash browns/potatoes they serve!. the rules are different for male and female, so I made the recommendation pretty basic for anybody trying not to eat too much!. Also, I know this may sound unusual, but have a mint (wintergreen altoid or wintogreen lifesaver) a few minutes before you think you'll arrive at the restaurant - you won't be as hungry!.

go for a 30 minute walk (with or without Gramps) later in the day :-)

First of all!.!.!. i have no idea what you mean!. HOWEVER, I can partially help with your 2nd question!. Homemade foods are almost ALWAYS better for you than store-bought foods, Just go onto the foodnetwork website and look for healthy recipes, write down/ print out instructions and ingredients and make your own food that is good for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Good Breakfast foods for your Grandpa would be eggs,bacon,pancakes,sausages,fruit loops my grandma looks fruit loops :)
For your second question,you really don't need to buy a diet cookbook!.Just cut out eating bread and anything with sugar!.!.!.Meats and fish is cool to eat, if they are baked not fry ed!.!.!.!.Go for a run or a jog for over 30 Min's aday!.!.!.!.!.Swimming Laps would be the bomb way to lose weight ,do about 25 laps aday!.!.!.!.Also to really have fun and loss weight, try the Wii Fit!.!.!.It's a new accessory that you can buy for the Nintendo Wii that measures your BMI and weight!.!.Then it allows you to set to goal for weight loss and track your losses/gain on a daily basis including your BMI!.!.!.!.
