Hot Yoga and working out?!


Question: Hot Yoga and working out!?
Does doing hot yoga and working out with weights go hand in hand!?
Im trying to do hot yoga everyday and if i work out i take a day break before i can work out again
but does doing hot yoga stop the muscles from healing from working out or slows it so i am not getting the most out of my weight training!?
and should i be doing yoga then work out
or work out then yoga!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

it is absolutely fine to do both!. It's actually very beneficial!. Working out will help build muscles more quickly, and the yoga will help the muscles remain flexible and supple, as it will also work areas and muscles that don't get much work or oxygen, strengthening those muscles, and reducing your chances of becoming injured!.
Enjoy them both, listen to your body, you will know when you are getting close to overdoing it!. Yoga helps you become more aware of your body and understanding your own structure and alignment as well, which can only benefit you as you pursue other means of exercise!.
Do yoga before or after your workout - or both! It will warm you up and get those muscles ready to work out, making you less likely to be sore after, and doing it after will have the same effect, stretching those muscles that have become tight while working out!.
