Is my excersize routine effective enough for me?!


Question: Is my excersize routine effective enough for me!?
I'm 240 lbs (roughly) and I am around 6'2" (also a rough estimate) and I'm trying to lose 60 lbs!. Every night I run an average of a mile to a mile and a half, and then I finish up with push ups and sit ups and leg elevators!. Is this enough, or should I be doing more!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

you should also vary your workouts daily try mixing it up your muscles will get used to the workout and reach a platue effect try muscle confusion this will maximize your muscle growth and fat burned !.

try running more i lost about 45 pounds by running about four to five miles a day !. and by adding various workouts to my routineWww@Answer-Health@Com

do push ups with legs on a chair and sit ups on a couch works
