so i am going to the beach in 3 days, and im not fat at all!.
but i would like my abs to show a little more!.
how can i get abs in 3 days!?

um!.!.!.you really cant!. If you have no fat on your stomach, you may be able to push yourself "over the limit" by doing tons and tons of ab exercises a day!. this MIGHT cause them to be over stretched (and sore as hell)!. but they might show!.

Well, I would,- But I couldn't seeing my 29, a boy, and have big abs so I couldn't grow just enough to make smaller then they are- you should do sit ups, crunches, also, a stetch that i do not know name of- but I will tell you steps!.
1!. Lay flat on back with arms and legs extended
2!. lift legs curl at about a 60 degree angle
3!. Bring hands up to knee caps!.
4!. Hold for 5 seconds
5!. Repeat 50 to 100 times!.

It's not something that happens quickly!. The muscles around the abs are very hard to tone!. But if you are not fat then don't worry about it :D!Www@Answer-Health@Com
