Question: Having a baby and I'm in 9th grade!?
Okay so after I give birth to my baby, how many days do I have to wait before I start going on a strict diet and exercise routine!?!? And after I give birth, will I have a saggy stomach, and permanent stretch marks!?!?!? And do you think if I eat 1400 calories a day, and exercise for an hour daily, that I will quickly lose the weight!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

ok, first of all these people need to be quiet!.
I know your life has probably been hell so there is no need to judge!.

I don't think right away you should get rid of all those calories!. Your supposed to keep you calorie intake the same and slowly decrease it!. Take it a step at a time!.

Instead of hurrying to take your exercise level to an hour maybe just start walking around your neighborhood for 30 minutes then gradually start exercising more!.

But you should give yourbody more time to heal at least up to 3 weeks!. And if your breat feeding then you should be eating right so that the baby gets healthy food intake!.

But about the stretch marks they are never going to go aways but if you want to make your skin feel healthy and not so dry put lotion on it everyday in the morning and after your shower!.

!.!.!.!?!!?!!?! Excuse me, but you're having a BABY!. Getting back to your trim little girlish figure should be the LAST thing on your mind right now! You should be focusing on the present, keeping your body healthy during your pregnancy!.

1400 calories a day is nowhere near enough for a teenager!. You need at least 1800, especially if you're exercising for an hour a day!. My only question: Are you giving the baby up for adoption!? Because if you're not, you won't have an hour a day to spare!.

If all you can think about now is your post-baby weight and how to get back to your "old" self, then I would seriously recommend you change your priorities!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you keep fit and healthy while you're pregnant, you will likely lose the weight quickly, as you will not have as much weight to lose if you eat a lot of junk!.
Keep in mind that food you eat will upset the baby, (s)he will be super sensitive to what you eat, so just keep your diet balanced but simple!.

Drink water and breast feeding also helps you loose weight and to the person that called you a skank is a looser!!!! You can use coco butter and vitimin e oil for straech marks! I've heard that binding your stomach right after birth will help it go down faster!. I would ask the doctor how safe that is first though!. And if you don't want stretch marks use cocoa butter!.!.!. religiously!!!! rub it all over your abdomen and sides like 2-3 times a day and stay hydrated!. A little vitamin e oil will help too!. If you're gonna' be the primary care giver you'll be too tired to exercise!. Baby + school = no time for yourself!. Also only do this reduced calorie diet if you're gonna' bottle feed which I suppose you will since you have to go back to school!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hi, i suggest you take atleast 3 months normal life, with out much care to the beauty!. Permenant marks are not that bad, if you are a model or anything which require the old status, you can go for treatments, but remember, right now you should take atleast 3 months vacation!. congrats on the baby!.!.!.give your womb about 3 weeks to heal!.!.!.just calorie shift your meals and workout 6 days a week doing both cardio and toning routines!.!.!.saggy is just a sign of leftover fat,so just keep working out to get rid of it!.!.!.i think there are special creams and ointments you can buy at pharmacies for making stretch marks look less visible!.!.!.never calorie count when you calorie shift!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You'll lose most of the weight breastfeeding, as long as you eat healthy now (don't over feed or starve the baby now)!. And some weight will come off running around for the baby!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

the government gives out birth control for free!. i did it for 5 years!. and yes i think your diet will work but eat like 1600 cals!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
