Question: Will I lose weight with this!?
Hey there, so I want to lose some weight, I was wondering if I can lose some weight by doing this power walking on my treadmill several days a week, followed by hulahooping, and crunches!. ANd then lifing my handweights!? I'd run, but I get so out of breath quickly!. I plan on putting the treadmill on an incline!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The secret to weight loss is "cardio" exercises!. From Greek kardia: heart!. Therefore that refers to your heart, and "cardio" exercises are those that make your heart beat faster than normal!. That normally takes 20 minutes!.
Now from theory to reality:

If you power-walk - or just walk - on the treadmill, that's cardio exercise, same is cycling, hulahooping and crunches!.

However, the key is to make your heart beat faster, and the longer it does the more energy is taken from your body reserves aka fat, that the body "burns" in order to produce energy!.

Because your heart takes around 20 minutes of exercise for starting to pump faster, your exercise should take at the very least that time!. Also, if you switch from one exercise to another, that should take not more than 1 minute, preferably not more than 60 seconds, otherwise your body "calms down" again, aka your heart beat goes down, and to bring it back up will take then again take some time!. So I suggest before you start with any exercising, prepare all the equipment and tools required to do all your exercises with the least amount of non-exercising!.

So, "listen to your heart" and work out as hard as you feel comfortable, more strength you use to do your exercise, the more muscle you build, not the more weight you lose, for that the amount of time for exercising you use is the real factor!.

All those things should work!. Power walking is good for aerobics which burns calories!. Hula hooping is good too, i never tried it though!. And crunches are very good if you do them correctly because the more you work them, the more muscle you build!. And that muscle burns calories too!. Hope all this helps ya!.
Just keep doing the exercises and you'll burn a lot of calories for sure! Oh and make sure you drink a lot of water and eat healthy!.

yes, you'll lose weight!.

now, this may sound a bit hard but it works,
what you doe is, exercise by running and speed walking 30 and more minutes a day!. then stay on a 1,200 calorie or less diet!. also do 15 minutes before you work out and after you work out of stretching, and believe it or not that does actually help you loose weight and look "very" tone!. also, do some crunches and maybe a couple of push ups [push ups can be very hard] and that should help!.

the thing is!. the first week or two are "always" the hardest!. and when you first start running the first ten minutes are the hardest, but running is "never" easy!.

i did this diet for about two months and i lost around "20" pounds or more!.

some foods that i just loved and where really great for me and helped me on my diet where:
the 100 calorie pop corn bags
the 100 calorie per serving ice cream
and etc!.!.!.

personally, i can't live off all those veggies and heath food crap!. and most diets don't let you eat anything good!. when you buy snacks like these, they "really" helped me not crave nearly as much on normal diets and made my dieting and losing weight much easier!.

i truly think that specific diets don't work "nearly" as good as just kinda watching what you eat on your own diet!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yep, just be sure to exercise much more with the Treadmill than with the Hooping & Crunches, as the Crunches won't burn fat, it will just build muscle, and the Hooping is nearly as effective as an Inclined power walk!. You'll burn many Calories through Walking!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

and the other days if for bodybuilding!.
and rest on Sunday!.
it's great!.
if you dont have lot of time
just do push up and pull up
and to something for your arm!.
and it's great!.
i did it for 1 year!.
and now, i lose 20 pounds!.

Walking is the number one thing that helps you lose weight!.!.!.!.also drink alot of water!.!.!.!.and do not eat past 6 pm !.!.!.!.also i really dont know what you look like but depending on ur size you should for example do like 30 crunches one night the next do 40 and work your way up!.!.!.!.!.eat healthy!!!!! no chips, sodas!.!.!.!.i lost 20 lbs by not drinking sodas and reducing the portions i would eat!.!.!.!.like if you eat 2 slices of pizza only eat one with water!.!.!.!.and when you get hungry snack on an apple!.!.!.!.i would always be craving during meals and then i decided to go for a walk everytime i did so!.!.!.!.!.!.!.hope i could help!!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes you will, but make sure you're increasing the time each week and slowly integrate in running!. So maybe you walk for 28 minutes and run for 2 minutes on the treadmill one week and run 4 minutes the next, so on!. Make sure you're pushing yourself every week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes i bet you would lose weight that way, but you also have to watch what you eat, Instead of a soda or juice drink water, and instead of eating a hamburger eat a salad!? You know!? Then you'd lose weight quickly!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yeah, and have a lot of water and take breaks if you get out of breath easily!. and jumproping is probly better than hula hooping, but hula hooping si good for your stomach though so!.!.!.!.have fun
