If i run, jog, or swim 30 minutes a day everyday how long will it take to lose 50-60 pounds?
I really want to lose some weight before my senior year starts up and that gives me just under 2 months to lose some serious weight, so how long will it take for me to lose 50-60 pounds if i do one of these activities daily, preferably running, jogging, or walking because our pool is kinda dirty and totally not ready for use.

losing weight is 95 percent what you eat, and only 5 percent of your exercise. stick to a clean diet of tunafish, fish, chicken, turkey, lean meat, salads with ranch dressing (ranch is low carb), nuts, strawberries, lots of water, diet soda and diet iced tea. absolutely no sugar, no bread, no fried foods, no pasta, no rice. oh dont forget the broccoli, tomatoes, onions, green peppers, mushrooms, and other low carb veggies. lift weights. you will look better. cardio doesnt help you tone up. do 40 minutes of weights, and 30 minutes of cardio 3 times a week. best cardio is actually walking at a brisk pace.
