I only have a muffin top in my lower back?!


Question: I only have a muffin top in my lower back!?
I basically have nothing hanging over my jeans in the front or the sides, but have a little bit in the back, which makes no sense to me because I basically have almost no butt!?
so sometimes it makes me stomach look more rounded out than it is, if that makes sense!.

how can I get rid of it!? I'm running about 2 miles every day if it helps!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can't spot reduce fat from your body with exercise, but you can lose fat from your body!.

Your body will take its energy from where ever it chooses, and, it usually isn't from the areas you want reducing!

Your cardio is great!. If you are able to get to a Pilates matwork class, this will lengthen, strengthen & tone your body - in particular your mid-section!.

If you are self-conscious about your tummy, look at your body and decide what you like best, then make the most of your favourite area!.
