It's not terrible to lose a pound a day if you're overweight!. It usually is water weight, though, and doesn't last beyond the initial week!. The thing that I would be more worried about is the reason for the weight loss, and the fact that you AREN'T overweight!. I would venture to suggest that you are unhappy and stressed out, but you don't feel that way because you are suppressing your feelings!. Maybe your roommate is an asshole but you are telling yourself that 'it's no big deal, you can handle it,' or maybe you're worried about your mom's heart condition but you think you're handling it well!. The point is that I think you're stressed out and don't know it!. If you weren't, you'd be eating after your workout!. BTW, working out at night is pretty bad for your brain!. We have evolved to exercise during the day, and our physiology is not designed for sleeping well after strenuous exercise!.

*Edit* In that case, I suggest that you do two things; find a way to reduce your stress, and provide a way for your body to recuperate after the workout!. Stress-reducing is hard, but watching your breath is always a good way to go!. Time-outs are awesome, too - you go to your favorite place in your head!. To help your body, I suggest looking at your favorite foods and choosing the one that has a fairly equal portion of all food groups - like vegetables, fats, proteins, and sugars!. Good examples of this would be broccoli with cheese sauce and bacon bits, or lasagna with lots of tomato sauce, or cashew-carrot chicken, or cheese-spinach vindaloo!. Eat this food after your workout, and your body will be able to relax and rebuild your muscles while you sleep!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well depends, Yes eating Healthy Breakfast is a good start also eating lunch is good!. Working out even better!. Skipping Dinner after working out Bad!. Yes you are losing weight and that feels great but by not refueling yourself after a work out you a dehydrating yourself!. Your body continues to burn after a good work out and eventually goes after what it can!. Six pounds is a lot to lose at your height and weight!. Just make sure your putting something in you after working out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

2 to 3 pounds of that may be fat but the rest is probably muscle or fatWww@Answer-Health@Com
