Spinning class to lose weight..what else should I do?!


Question: Spinning class to lose weight!.!.what else should I do!?
In august of 2007 I weight 250 lbs!.!.through my own pace and exercise I have gone down to 215!.!.I am looking to continue and go under 200 lbs and hopefully to be an average weight ( Im hispanic and love my curves, so avg for me would be about 130-140 i believe) I am 5'3 and although I love being active ( I dont tire esily, have great calves from years of volleyball, and salsa dancing) and have recently begun spinning 3 times a week as a way to rev up the weight loss!. Would now be the time to begin strength training!? What should i be doing and how many times a day!? I dont wanna end up too flabby on the arms, or with a big tummy!.

Congratulations! In addition to the 3 spinning classes you should do 2 more days of light cardio (walking, biking, etc) and 3 days a week of strength training!. Most gyms have some kind of program where a trainer will show you what to do!. If not, find a trainer from a friend or coworker and buy one session for him/her to show you what to do!.
My trainer (who gave me all of this advice) says that spinning is one of the most intensive classes there is and I'm a chicken so good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

i would try swimming!. It's cardio and it makes you lose your belly, it makes your arms tight, makes your legs rock hard, and you get a nice toned, cute bubble butt! I do swimming and it's such a great sport to do!.!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I am not sure if this is the kind of thing that you are looking for but this is what has helped me!. It has diet plans, etc!. It's a website!. This is 100% free!. You put in how much you are trying to lose, and by when and it will tell you how many calories you would have to eat per day!. It will give you a workout routine if you want one and if you don't it will tell you how many calories you would have to eat without exercise and still lose the weight!. Plus it offers meal plans too!.This is a website that has helped me to lose weight (34 lbs!. since Jan!. 08)!. I could have actually lost more but I have been slacking a lot!.It allows you to create a blog, keep track of what you've eaten, and your fitness!.
