Listen to all these advice and try to snap out of this!. Please take care of yourself!. Feel guilty about what!? Theres nothing more beautiful than a healthy looking body (and healthy is not skinny!)!. Food is a huge pleasure, try cooking which is fun and helps you enjoy and appreciate every ingredient!. Try to have a standard food program which includes 5 meals and push yourself eat without thinking (you would eat something healthy anyway right!?)!. Each meal should contain elements from every food group (meat or fish, salad, some bread etc)!. Be strong, god blessWww@Answer-Health@Com

dear, i'd start by how do you view yourself!? are you thinking of losing weight!? (evidently yes because you are feeling guilty with NORMAL food intake that's why instead of three, you eat only once which is not enough)

good news is, you being concerned (to the point of asking online) means you still is health conscious!. ANOREXICS has distorted view of their body that even if they are stick-thin, they think they are fat, and even if they are sickly, they deny feeling anything is wrong with their health etc!. THEY HAVE DISTORTED THINKING (that's why anorexia nervosa is not only a physical disease, it's highly psychosocial or mental)

please do try to seek medical help so they can physically assess you, your height and weight,, your risk for malnutrition and nutrient-deficiencies!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Honestly, I think every teenage girl feels that!.
Whenever I eat, I can't help but think about how I should have skipped it and burned calories, but, in order to smother these thoughts, I always remember that when you deprive yourself of food/calories, your body goes into "survival mode" and holds on to any calories it can get and will begin to store calories in fat cells to prepare for the next fasting session!. This "survival mode" was useful back when humans didn't always have immediate access to food, and helped to keep them healthy, but for a present-day human, it can get you way off track and make it hard to lose weight!.
So, next time you feel this way, just remember, you have to actually eat to lose weight safely!.
Good luck! (:Www@Answer-Health@Com

You sound like you have the beginning stages of an eating disorder!. FOOD IS NOT YOUR ENEMY!!! You need food to keep your body functioning properly!!. Food doesn't make you fat, only eating to excess does!.

Right now since you are eating so little your killing your metabolism, which will make it harder and harder to maintain your weight!!

Try eating about 5-6 small meals throughout the day, and try to eat around 1200-1500 calories a day and get exercise!. IF you do that you will revv up your metabolism and you WILL lose weight!.!.!.that is if you actually have weight to lose!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

How long have you been like this!? The fact you say you eat and then feel guilty does sound like an eating disorder is kicking in!.

I've just seen you ate a Weetabix!.!.!.!.with butter!?! That's an odd one!

Try eating several small meals throughout the day instead of 3 bigger ones!. Eating little portions of food will be less daunting to you!.

You mustn't feel guilty about eating, it's what's preventing you from keeling over in the middle of the road!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need to go to your GP - PDQ - and have them refer you to a psychiatrist specialising in EDs and/or body dysmorphic disorder (though you don't say whether you loathe yourself or not)!.

I'm still struggling to overcome AN, so I empathise!. I'm no longer underweight, but I hate putting anything in my body!

You need to drink AT LEAST 2 litres of PURE WATER per day (though I do add M&S COU squash to mine as our water tastes seriously EVIL!!!)Www@Answer-Health@Com

wow after reading the answers here i though i went cross-eyed!.

by the way

i think if you keep doing this you might have to see a professional or a doctor

if your body doesnt get enough food it will cause you horrible consequences

dont forget about that food is very good go and have you some ice cream and a nice sallad for dinner

to cut out the food will actually give you a reason to feel quily because then you make your body sick and weak

instead stick to a healthy diet with some exercising and lots of waterWww@Answer-Health@Com

You're definitely beginning an eating disorder if you're feeling guilty when you eat!.

Stop feeling guilty!. We're human beings!. We're SUPPOSED to eat!.
Otherwise, we die!.
&starvation is not the answer to becoming thin!.

The first answer says this much better than me though!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Dont Feel Guitly - Starving yourself actually makes you put on weight because your body stores the fat !.Www@Answer-Health@Com
