How do I get flat abs quick?!


Question: How do I get flat abs quick!?
I am 5'2, 98 lbs!. and ususaly size 0 or 1 in clothes I just have some extra fat on my waist area/ abs I want to loose it but I am afraid that too much exercise will make me loose weight everywhere (boobs, legs, butt) and I look good there!.!.so any good advice!? please I need some specific dites/ exercises for that area that would work quick!?

Like the old addage: abs are made in the kitchen, not so much in the gym!.

It sounds like you've got a killer body, and the foods you may be eating may just be bloating you, rather than causing you to be "fat"!. Avoid overconsumption of gassy foods (such as those that are really high in fiber, i!.e!., salads, grains, fruits, etc!.)!. Yeah!.!.!. that sounds crazy right!? DON'T eliminate these foods from your diet!. Still get your full 5 servigns of fruits and veggies; just be careful not to exceed 15 g of fiber at any one meal!. (It becomes counter productive at that level anyway!.!.!. it starts to rob your system of absorbing nutrients and well, it can cause some GI discomfort)

If overdoing fiber isn't your problem, check this website out I posted under sources; it contains a good list of gassy foods that may be causing you to feel bloated and may give you the appearance of being "fat"!.

If you really do have a gut (which i kind of doubt you do at 98 lbs!.!.!.) don't under estimate the power of dairy! There have been studies done which claim that dairy products have the abaility to target fat cells around the mid-section!.

Just continue with a healthful, well balanced diet plan!. Add in some basic crunches (better for you back than situps) and some light aerobic exercise!. Maybe try biking: it burns fewer kcal/min so if your worried about losing your breasts and butt!.!.!.this may be a better option than something more intense such as running!.!.!.and its better for your knees too :)

Oh and as far as your arms go!.!.!.you may want to focus on pushups and pullups before you get into straight-up arm exercises!. Why!? Well pushups target your chest (and of course triceps, which are in the back of your arm) and you could be killing two birds with 1 stone!. Pushups will help develop your arms (shoulders and triceps) and can make your breasts seem "perkier"!.!.!. Working out by doing pullups can develop your biceps as well as make you seem thinner by giving you slightly broader shoulders!. Check out the second website (and no you wont look like him just by doing these exercises!.!.!.he eats like a cow, which contributes to his bulkiness)!.

Unfortunately, weight loss is indiscriminate!. It's impossible to target sites!. However, you can build up muscle behind your bust, legs and butt so that if weight loss occurs there, it won't be noticeable!.

Also, any weight-bearing exercises will be good for toning your arms!. Free-weights tend to be better because they will exercise more of the minor muscle groups than guided weights and give you a better overall appearance!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
