Answers:
fruit, nuts, and there's a fat-free (might just be reduced fat) microwave popcorn which comes in single-serving bags (think it's made by Popweaver)!. It's either 90 or 100 calories per bag!. Also, Quaker has come out with flavored mini-ricecakes which are only 90 calories per bag!. There's even a chocolate one!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Waking up in the middle of the night for a snack and late suppers will easily make you gain weight!. Here are five easy steps that may help you quit snacks!.
Tip #1: Replace the snacks with a cup of tea!.
Tip #2: Always find something to do!.
Tip #3: Remember that food gives you more energy during daytime!.
Tip #4: Think about the insulin!.

Heres a great snack that not only will fill you but it will give you energy and nutrients!. I give it to my kids and they love it!. We call it the Nut and Berry Merry LOL I know its really corny but they're little kids what do you expect!. Take a nice sized bowl (with my kids is a hugh bowl because they're kids and there needs to be enough for both of them) take some dried blueberries, and cranberries, and then get some sunflower seeds (without the shell), some almonds, and some pumpkin seeds, put them together in a bowl and eat them!. It will taste great and it will give you loads of energy and nutrients!. We used to blend (in a blender) that up and add some Oat milk, and some baby cereal for my son when he was two years old and make a nice cereal out of it for him!. It was almost like oatmeal for him!. He loved it, still does!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Going to bed "full" is never good because your body won't burn off the calories at night!. Keep some fruit and raw veggies in the house!. Both are great nightime snacks that won't kill the progress you're making!.
My favorite is small apples (like the ones in the bags at the grocery store)!. Just remeber to eat the skin too since its the best part for you!Www@Answer-Health@Com
