Question: I am not going to eat for 3 whole days!?
ok if you start telling me how bad this is for my body I dont care cuz Im only 11 and I weigh 170lbs and thats not good and the thing is Im the healthiest person in my family its impossible to lose weight so Im not going to eat and if u leave an answer below saying stuff like dont do i dont care u have no clue how it feels to everytime you see someone they stare back in digscust so if u have experience leave an answer belowWww@Answer-Health@Com

I know how you feel, and it sucks!. If you want to talk you can message me!. But you usually end up eating because you get bored or if you do make it through the three days you end up gaining it back!. But have lots of diet pop (for flavor, and 0 cal!.) and drink lots of water!. Also try and stay out of the house and out of the kitchen!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Not eating makes you retain weight!.

Your body naturally goes into a state of emergency or a kind of starvation mode when you just suddenlt decide not to eat and the initial response is to retain your body weight!.

it is pointless to stop eating for 3 days and may be damaging with possibly the opposite effect of what you would like!.

Eating enough of the right food (not more than enough) and getting exercise will help you lose weight!.

Do research on a healthy diet and start getting regular exercise and you will feel better and be healthier!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Actually, I do know that feeling!. I also know that not eating does not work!. Been there, done that!. I gained weight in the end!. You will too!. Either that, or you will starve yourself to death, develop an eating disorder, and end up in the hospital!. Still worth it!?

You dont have to not eat!. just eat fewer calories and work out more!. Not eating for 3 days will eat away at your bones and it will stunt your growth!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I know the feeling of being young and overweight!. Right now I'm on a diet!.

Honestly!.!.!.3 days isn't going to make a difference!. It will actually be the exact opposite because once the three days are up!.!.you're likely to over-eat without even knowing it!.

My suggestion is (and this is what i'm doing) is eat things you like!.!.!.just less of it!. For instance!.!.!.I love pasta!. I used to eat two big plates full of it when we had it for dinner!. Welll!.!.!.now I look like I do!. Not good!. So what I do now is I watch how much I eat!. Instead of getting a bunch of scoops I get two scoops of pasta max!. That is a healthy portion that satisfies my hunger but does not make me feel "full!."

I also walk go walking a couple nights a week!. It's very relaxing!. I go with my family and we have time to talk or if we prefer to be alone with our thoughts we each have an Ipod we take with us!.

It's not impossible to lose weight!. You just may have never found the right way to do it!. Starving yourself is NOT the answer though!.


--Side note: My sister-in-law was anorexic in highschool!. Now she finds it very difficult to lose weight!. She and her doctor feel this is because of her anorexia!. Do yourself a favor and try some healthier options!.


--If you drink pop!. give it up totally!. Or switch to diet!. I did that and I had a drastic change in energy/the way I felt!. It makes sticking to a diet easier!.


--Once you get into the habit of things!.!.!.treat yourself on the weekend!. Really craving some icecream!? Go for it!. Just do it sparingly though!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, if starving yourself actually produced weight loss results, then I would tell you do go for it!. But I know for a fact it doesn't, and before you decide to quit reading this, at least hear me out!.

Maybe for like the first 4 days you'll lose a couple pounds, but not enough to make a significant difference

After a couple of days you're body's natural instinct is to not take energy (i!.e!. walking energy) from your fat deposits, because your brain thinks there's no food, so it pretty much goes into survival mode and takes energy from your muscles, which!.!.!. is not good!. See where I'm going!. But hey, I'm no professional, if you want to hurt your body, go for it, If I were you, I would do my research!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
