For someone who is really trying to get in shape, what kind of snacks/sweets can I eat and not lose shape?
any drinks besides water and gatorade?
Answers:
the formula for losing weight is to burn more calories than you consume. If you eat 3000 calories of cheesecake a day and burn 3100 calories a day, you will lose weight.The form those calories take are absolutely meaningless. That is not to say however that you should ignore healthy eating. Try to limit empty food such as soda-pop and sweets or high fat/carb foods because they take the place of good things you could be consuming. No food though in and of itself is off limits.
