in my opinion, you need to change your thinking!. most of us don't want to be told what we can or can't have or do-even to ourselves!. the word "stop" is psychologically more difficult to deal with!. rather, tell yourself you're on a break!. it's an issue of empowerment!. therefore, tell yourself you can eat sweets whenever and however much you want, but you choose not to, or only to eat sweets this many times a week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Eat fruit instead, or try to find some sweet that you like that's low in calories!.

1!. Throw out what you have in your house
2!. Dont put them on the grocrey list of the week
3!. Dont go down that aile unless there is something down that aile that you need besides sweets
4!. Dont get them as your weekly "extra"
5!. Only get them on special occasions!.!.!.(birthdays, Christmas, Halloween)
6!. When that happens but only a SMALL bag/ not a big 4 pound bag made these days!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Girls are often stress eaters!. Examine your life for any causes of stress and eliminate or reduce them!.
