No Carb Diet: Meal Suggestions?!


Question: No Carb Diet: Meal Suggestions!?
Apparently you can loose a lot a weight if you just cut out your carbs!. I started swimming in the morning, which is good for me, but I have a lot of pudge around the middle and thighs!.

I want to go on a no/low carb diet and although I'd eat salads for lunch, and fruit & chicken for dinner, I have no idea what to eat for breakfast!. Any suggestions!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

i suggest you go on a low carb diet than cutting it off alltogether !.!.!.this is because once you start eating complex carbs your body will bloat since you didnt train your body to digest lower portions of it!.!.!.muscles need carbs to effectively create fuel to burn off fat,so dont be scared of carbs and good fats,just take them in small portions,thats all!.!.!.eat oatmeal with lots of chopped raw nuts and raisins for breakfast and end it with a glass of green tea to keep you energixed all day long!.!.!.god bless you!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Uhh!.!.!.who told you THAT!? Carbs are your body's energy source, hon!.!.!.cutting carbs is a bad idea!. Out of the 5% of dieters who lost weight and kept it off, 99% were on high-carb diets!. I'd say that's way too much of a risk!.

Just about everything has carbs; it's just a matter of whether you're eating simple or complex carbohydrates!. Simple carbs are found in candy, white bread, and fruits (though fruits are VERY important to keep in your diet because they provide lots of vitamins and nutrients to keep your body healthy)!. Complex carbohydrates are found in whole grains (oatmeal, whole-wheat bread and pasta, bran cereal), vegetables, etc!.

Carbs are not the enemy!. Calories are not the enemy!. In food, there is no "enemy" at all!. Don't torture your body by going on an extreme diet!. You wouldn't want to suddenly have your body shut down on you, would you!? That would just be a bit annoying, don't you think!? Treat your body with love and care, and it will reward you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

For breakfast I have a high protein meal replacement bar!. There are a lot out there, but if you look at the labels you'll see a lot of fat or not a lot of nutrition!. Be careful with your fruit choices, while its a natural sugar some have considerably more than others!. I went out a high-protein diet for 5 months and cut out fruit completely just for that period!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
