you have been told that you are fat by other people around you and that you might eat too much!. seeing how you bluntly express it here lets me know that it is a given!. you know you are big!. so what else is new right!? so what if people see you eat!? they already know you are a big girl who cares how you eat, if you are self consious it might be because you have eating manners to deal with!. always use cuttlery (silverware) it helps you manage your food, be cleaner around the face and hands, and you will know when to stop eating faster!. it takes your brain almost 10 minutes to know that you are full when you are eating!. so take your time, close your mouth when you chew, no one wants to see your food being processed in there, not to mention people spit when they have their mouth open, keep a good posture and your elbows off the table!. you should be fine if you eat anywhere!. hope this helps!. oh just eat, if you are wondering what it is that you do, eat by yourself and record yourself doing it how you normally would!. then watch it and say, mmm that is what people see when they see me eat!. and fix what ever you are not happy with!. it is easier to stuff things down your mouth with your hands, so go for the cuttlery!. good luck to you!. and if nothing helps you!. so what if people see you and think what they think!? are they feeding you!? paying for your food!? no! so who cares what you do ! live your life and be happy k girly! ^_^Www@Answer-Health@Com
