Answers:

Looking good...boxing will do that.

But if you want to get cut, you need to cut out all the crap in your diet.

Cut out:
Sugar (candy and fruit)
Fried foods (chips, fries, hot case foods)
White flour (bread, noodles, tortillas, etc)

You should eat as natural and unprocessed as possible.

Healthy food:
Egg whites
Chicken and turkey breast
Lean beef
Salmon and tuna
Vegatables
Low fat cottage and string cheese

Healthy carbs:
Plain oatmeal
Long grain brown rice
Extremely whole wheat bread (should look like it has bird seed in it LoL)

Of course you're going to want to take 2-3 whey protein shakes a day.

Eat a small meal/snack (2-250 calories) every 2-3 hours, this will keep you burning fat. Aim for 20grams of protein and 10-15 grams of healthy carbs at each meal/snack, along with a veggie.

Drink at least 1 gallon of water a day along with a multi-vitamin pill (Centrum) if you do nothing, but since you box I'm sure you drink a lot of water.

If you actually follow the above you'll be shredded in a month. This is due to the high amount of protein and low amount of healthy carbs that don't affect your blood sugar levels (what causes you to store fat). This is basically how fitness models and bodybuilders eat.
