Question: I have 25 days to lose weight - pls help !?!!?
Ok so i really need to lose weight in the next 25 days!.
Im 5'4 and i weigh 130 lbs!.!.and i have a lot of tummy fat and im going to be wearing a bikin soon and have a gross stomach and fat hips!!

Help , also i've gained 10 lbs! my parents would flip out if they knew my weight !.

Pls help me!! Also tell me how much minutes a day i should jog and what to eat for breakfast/lunch/dinner to atleaste lose 12-15 lbs!.

help!.!.no diets ever work!.!.!.

Pls give me instructions to follow and expect differences every week!.

Pls do not say its unhealthy!.!.its URGENT

eat fruit and yogurt for break fast,
salad for lunch and make sure your eating your moms favorite MASHED PATATOES AND bread and stuff for dindin !!
