Question:
Good or bad?
breakfast at 7am
1 cup cheerios[100calories] and 1/2 cup low fat soy milk[35 calories]
1 big banana
snack around 9am
20baby carrots
lunch, 12pm
1/4 cup quick oats[75calories]
and 5 strawberries
6pm..two small bites of a churro[you know the cinnamon ones at amusement parks...] and about 10oz of a cherry-red Icee
11pm
3 whole wheat bread slices[80 calories each] and a tablespoon of peanut butter[like 100calories] a tablesoon of chocolate frosting[100 calories too?]
about 1/2 cup of low fat soymilk
with a plate of lettuce, 1/2 a tomato, and 1/4 cup brocolli
I KNOW I piigeed out today big time! I usually don't eat like this. But what do you think?
and I didn't work out today,but I was all over an amusment park from 4pm-9pm! =]

it's 11:52pm. and I don't know what's wrong with me but my stomach hurts but idk if it's because I'm hungry or somethign else?
and I'm realllllllly craving another PB&chocolate sandwich..should I do it? :/
