Help! i really wanna loose weight?!


Question: Help! i really wanna loose weight!?
I have gained about 10pounds! I really need to loose it again!.
What kind of workout could i do in my house that could help me loose 10 pounds in about a month!? also how many calories should i be consuming!?
I weigh 150 and im 5'6!.!.!.!.should i loose more or is 10 enough!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well joging in place for 30 minuites, and crunches really work for me!. i would imagine that the 10 pounds would come off quick if you do that once a day, and eat right!. if you then wish to lose more, just keep doing the same thing!
