No, sorry to break it to you but close to no calories are burned during Yoga sessions!.
It's mainly to relax and sooth the mind, also to strengthen core muscles and loosen the body!.

Add cardio and a diet of healthy food, and a diary to write down your calorie intake then yes you will!. And lots of water!Www@Answer-Health@Com
