Question: Help! I weigh 550 pounds!. How do I lose weight fast!?
I don't eat fast food!. I cook all my meals at home!. My biggest down fall is sweet snacks!.

What are some good workout videos I do at home as well!?

I haven't worked out in 10 years!.

I suggest doing richard simmons workout tapes for now!. Start out with a goal of doing 15 minutes at a time, and work your way up to the full hour!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You are going to have to start out slow and work up a system that best fits you!. Since you are extremly heavy, your weight loss will fall, as in the more you weigh the more you will see a sudden change(drop a good amount of pounds in a month)!. I would get on a 5 small meal a day program where you eat in the morning and then eat small healthy vegs raw if possible durring the day as small snacks!. Eat items such as Tuna, or other fish, baked or grilled!. Stay away from beef, breads unless it is wheat, stay away from chips or candys and soda products!. Drink 1%milk and at least 8 glasses of water a day!. Get on a protein with soy drink that will also help you heel your muscles after workout/ And, don't give up/ this may take a few months (6) to see a change but after you see a positive change you will continue to do well!. THere are plunty of *** holes that like to bust jokes!. Keep focused and know that you are better then them!. Some of the main reasons for weight gain (besides medical issues such as thyroids etc) is eating bad foods and eating late at night!. Make sure to aviod eating past 6-7pm and exercise 1 hour in the morning and 1 hour at night!. See if this works!. And lastly, the reason you need to eat small meals a day is due to your "motor" need it to run like a chimney throughout the day and you will burn fat that way as well!. Good grief, stop eating anything sweet, except for fruits!. No chips, Twinkies, any hostess products, anything unhealthy!!! Try and eat salad and beans!

Try my work out strategy( all at home with no TV!)
- 100 sit ups
- 35 push ups
-jog every MORNING
- 30 second leg lifts

keep doing this for a long ti me, losing say 400 pounds is not going to take a week, give it a year or so,

wow!. you really need to start excersizing!. stop eating sweet snacks, youre gonna get diabetes if you keep eating them!. i'm a vegetarian and i'm skinny, but i've got muscle!. i'm 5'4/2 and weigh only 97!.8 lbs!. its my age!.

become a vegetarian, that's the easiest, fastest, and healthiest way to lose weight without starving yourself or hurting yourself!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Anywho!.!.!.!.you can't go this one alone!. You need professional help!. It will take more than stopping the sweets and exercising, important as they both are!.
