Back to school?

i want a new look for my new school. how can i lose 20-30 lbs fast without going to professional diet systems or taking diet pills?


Answers:

drink 5 bottles of water daily.
drink 6 cups of green tea. 2 in the morning, 2 in the afternoon, and 2 at night. Lipton Green Tea, (hot, tea bag kind)

Go running everyday for at least 20-25 minutes (bring an i pod along, i find it easier to run longer... but be safe and be aware of your surroundings!!), along with another sort of exercise, you should get at least 40 mins of exercise everyday! Try the turbo sculpt dvd's too, they have everything from cardio, to abs, to strength training and some guide books to help you with eating and such.

Keep a food journal to watch those calories! Keep your daily intake between 1200-1800 for losing weight.

Use websites like calorieking.com to look at the nutrition info. on foods that may not have labels, like food from restaurants.
Use caloriesperhour.com for their activity calculator to see how many calories you are burning doing certain things.

Cut out all JUNK & FAST FOODS.

think to yourself, for example... "This cookie will taste good for 5 mins, but if i dont eat it, i will look better for a lot longer"

Stay motivated by looking at your favorite celebritys and say "I want that, and i can get it if i stay on track"

Now that its summer, it will be easy to get some fun exersise and mix it up by swimming, biking, rollerblading, jump roping, and walking places instead of driving!

you should eat 5-6 small meals/snacks every 3 hours to keep your metabolism going.. always eat breakfast too!
