How do i gain muscle and some sort of abs if skinny?!


Question: How do i gain muscle and some sort of abs if skinny!?
Im 15, pretty skinny and im looking to gain muscle and abs!. What kind of excercise should i do and what should i eat (if protein will some examples please) to gain muscle!. Some sort of plan each week of what i should do would be nice!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you want to get bigger without going to the gym and without taking any supplements start doing some push ups!. Nothing, I mean Nothing will get you bigger and stronger like them!. When you get a hang of them, try doing the push ups from an incline level, put your foot up on a chair an start banging them out!.!.For your abs, just do a set of crunches every other day, no need to be doing them everyday!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do compound exercises such as: deadlift, squat, barbell row, pull-ups, chinups

Eat plenty of healthy carbohydrates and protein:

Healthy carbs: oats, barley, brown rice, whole wheat bread,

im 15 and ive been doing 100 sit ups almost everyday !. at first it looked like it wasnt doing anything then all of a sudden i got a line then 2 abs!.so know i do it more often to see more results!! hope this helpedWww@Answer-Health@Com
