Question: How do I get rid of belly fat [and jiggly thighs] from eating junk food!?
I weigh 99 pounds to 103, sometimes 104 when I get really hungry, and I have belly fat!. What kind of exercises should I do to tone my stomach!? And I DO NOT go to the gym, I don't like to, and I won't!. I'm looking for exercises I can do at home!.

And is it normal to have, for lack of a better description, 'jiggly thighs'!? I mean, is that normal, or is that just more fat!? And what exercises can I do at home to fix that!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

uh, having jiggly thighs doesn't mean you aesthically don't look good!. it just means you have no muscle definition!.

look into weight lifting to fix that problem!.!.!. you'll be stronger and your muscles will look more defined (considering that you have low body fat)Www@Answer-Health@Com
