Question: Should i lose a couple lbs!.!?
I'm 13 years old and a girl and am 5 foot 1 inch tall and weigh 112 should i lose some pounds or am i normal!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You're normal! You're in the right range for you height!. I'm very close to that but I'm still trying to lose weight!. Not because the numbers on the scale but because I want to be a certain size where I'm happy with my body!. But what ever you're satisfied with because in the end, it's your body YOU have to take care of!. No one elses!.

What may help the way you feel is to tone up!. Build some muscle mass!. That's what I'm working on as well!. On exercisetv!.tv you can find some great workouts to do that'll help you feel and look better!

At your age you should not even be thinking about losing weight (Your weight is fine BTW)!. You can expect you weight to be changing constantly b/c you are probably still growing; a number of people gain weight right before a growth spurt!. You should just eat healthy food and stay active; the height and weight will balance out as you get older!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

your way normal!.!.!.and unless you're really over weight, you don't need to worry about it!. if it helps, 17!.com has a body mass index calculator, it shows how your weight rates for your size!. and even that's not compleatly accurate, because you could be 120 lbs, but be all muscle and compleatly healthy! You don't have to lose weight but if you want to then that is okay!.

I think that's pretty normal!. When I was 13 I was 105 pounds and I was 5'3!. But I have a thin bone scrupture!. It depends on your genes too :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
