i'm thinking about changing my diet to the raw foods diet.
does it really make you lose weight fast? and can any of ya'll suggest websites where i can get information? thanks.

But you have to be careful how you go about preparing it.Ensure that all leafy things are cleared of pesticides and others. Organic food is good. Will not encourage you to eat raw meat, which can be harmful to your body if not done properly. All fruits and vegies if eaten raw will benefit our immune system very much, so are high fibre products, like unpolish rice, brown rice, and legumes.
