Question: Im 17 and like 100 lbs overweight how can i lose at least enough to fit in the perfect prom dress!?!?
i dont like school very much cuz i can barely fit in the desks and people like to stare and talk a bunch of crap ive learned to ignore it but it still hurts and i like to try to get a boyfriend dats actually my age and that i can see everyday at schoolWww@Answer-Health@Com

Well lets get start!.
First try to calculate your calorie intake per day before your diet, then cut down 500 calories!. (Example: If your calorie intake was 2500, now try to eat 2000 calories instead of )Now you need to eat at least 5 little meals a day (breakfast, lunch, dinner and 2-3 snacks) do NOT skip any of the meals!. Your dinner should be light!. Do cardio at least 4 days a week!. Start walking 40-60 minutes!. Your cardio must be more than 25 minutes!. Drink 2 lt of water daily!. Cut down the soda, chips, bacon, fast foods!.!.!. Eat salad, tuna, chicken breast without skin, and turkey!. Fruit, vegetables, potatoes!. On your salad choose a fat free dressing!. On your snacks you can choose Special K snacks, fruit, fat free toast with fat free jelly!. Well this sounds like me back then
I was 15 and i left school for the same reason
I got made fun of called names etc!.!. it sucked i used to come home crying
I got so depressed at times and it seemed like no one understood they would say well go on a diet exercise eat healthy and yes i understand its a good way but i also knew it would take about 2 years to loose all those pounds
SO I GOT ACUPUNCTURE
now i lost about 70 lbs in like 4 months
it is not the acupuncture when they stick the needles on ur back
it's these little tiny silver balls they they stick on ur ears
so if ur going to get them make sure it's those they work the fastest
But u have to be commited NO CHEATING!.
Its not so cheap and not so expensive but its worth it trust me
Although right now what u can start doing is drink dried hiscubus water but don't add sugar
stop eating breads or tortillas
EAT CHIPS BUT NOT THE WHOLE BAG

Well that depends on your thoughts of the "perfect" prom dress!.
You could exersize daily, and eat more veggies and less fatty foods!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Run a lot!.!.!.!.!.a lot a lot!.!.!.!.
Like 45minutes a day or more!.
