It sounds like you are eating pretty healthy!.!. Lunch sounds a little sketchy though!.!. However it sounds fine to me!. I would suggest maybe eating a little more, if you are eating healthy you can eat more than you could while eating junk and still maintain a healthy body weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

lutch could of been better!. Something like a sandwich or pasta with salad!.

And snack on dark chocolate, nuts and fruit!. Also hommous!. Don't feel afraid to have a treat aswell!.!.

Not too bad for a start, suggest you look at the following as a constant method of improvement!. There is no perfect diet so on your quest, you should always be loking at how your body reacts to what you eat, how you are exercising, and adjust accordingly!.

-- You need to look at your caloric intake as once you clean up your lunch, you are going to end up being low!.
-- More protein for breakfast and try looking at whole grain cereals!. Egg whites and ground turkey breast work well!. If you don't like eating this constantly, mix it up by supplementing your breakfast above with a protein powder mixed in with your skim milk!.
-- Have protein with each meal/ snack!.
-- After you analyze your calorie count, you cn help yourself out by eating an additional meal about 1-2 hours before you go to bed!. This must be a high pretein, low/ no carb, low/ no fat meal!. This is going to give your body the additional calories it needs for the day as well as the building blocks(from the protein) needed to rebuild while you sleep!. Realize that you are starving yourself from the time of your last meal until breakfast the next day, this helps alleviate this and provide your body a constant supply of nutrients!.

Good luck!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
