Question: So what's the deal with the juice diet cleanses!?!? HELP! 10PTS!!?
im really intrigued by these cleanses!. like the lemon/maple/cayenne pepper one beyonce was on!. and fruit and vegetable juice cleanses and stuff along those lines

how much weight do you lose!? is it all body fat!? and how long will it take to lose ten pounds!? do you just buy juice frrom like whole foods or a health foods store!? is this all i eat!?

i really want to try one!. im at a point where its CRUICIAL to lose just 10 pounds in a month!. and i mean crucial!. i work in the modeling industry and ive gained a bit lately!.

Try reading the Complete Master Cleanse!. It's interesting reading!. I am on day 8 now!. I've lost about 10 lbs!. They say guys lose 1 1/2 to 2 lbs per day and women lose 1 to 1 1/2 on average!. PURE TORMENT!.
You can lose 10-14 lbs but within your first meal after gain 5lbs!. You can only drink the "lemonade" and water!. PPL stay on it for day, weeks and months but it is very hard in the beginningWww@Answer-Health@Com

I think that people like beyonce can afford to hire a pro to help them manage their diet, and even though they say they were on a fruit and veg juice diet, (probably all freshly squeezed with no sugars or preservatives added) I'm sure that is what they ate mostly but did not mention the other stuff and supplements they ate in smaller quantities!.
Diets like that must be studied closely cos it can be damaging to ur health cos it does not supply ur body with all the energy and proper nutrients ur body needs daily!.
Ordinary fruit juice from the store has added sugars, preservatives, flavorants and other chemicals so that it has a longer shelf life and a constant taste!.
To lose ur 10lbs in a month, all u have to do is eat healthy and in moderation, basically a balanced diet and included some exercises and u will notice a difference!. Also cut out candy and fried foods, and when shopping, check the ingredients on the packaging, cos a lot of stuff has added sugars or salts that can make u put on weight without u knowing why!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
