YOu will have to develop a reallistic goal of what types of exercise to do and for how long you can handle them!.

After that you can asess the losses you will get!. I can tell you it is easy to stick to a plan for about three months and see some substantial loss of weight!.

just goin 2 the gym wount make u loose weight!.
u also have 2 go on a diet!. because if u just go 2 the gym, u will actually gain weight!. because u dont just loose weight @ the gym, u also gain weight when u get mucles!.
