eat about 1100 calories a day and 20 grams of fat!. and around 6 full glasses of water!. Also I heard green tea helps boost your metabolism!

uhh!.!. exercise!.!. and eat properly (healthily)!. Also watch not just the TYPE but also the AMOUNT of food u consume daily!. A lot of people think they just because they are eating healthy, they can eat as much as they want!. Wrong!
Ultimately, to lose weight, your caloric input < caloric output!.

Exercise-wise, incorporate lots of cardio and some weight training to build some muscle!. Muscle burns more calories so the higher your muscle mass, the higher your basal metabolic rate and hence they more calories your body will burn in a day!.

Aim to lose no more than 1!.5 kgs a week otherwise, you're doing damage to your body by losing so much weight in so little time!.
