Is my workout effective even if..?!


Question: Is my workout effective even if!.!.!?
Well I usually lift weights for 45 minutes a day, 6 times a week, upper body one day, calves the next!.

The problem isn't my workouts, I get satisfying results, but I usually only sleep 3 to 4 hours a day, maybe 5 or 6 if I'm lucky because of my two jobs!.

Muscles build while you rest, so is all this lifting just going to waste!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

No of course not! If you're only getting 3 to 6 hours of sleep, than the results you're getting is what you're going to get!. I'm sure it's helping!. Try more protein and fiber to help build those muscles!. If you're diet isn't so healthy work on that as well!. And MAKE SURE YOU STRETCH! One of the most important things when working out especially weight lifting!. You want to be able to get the full affect and outcome of your muscle so take what time you have to stretch before and after you lift!. The last thing you want is tight, strong muscle!. You want to feel lose in a sense, where you can use those muscles if necessary!.
