Ok er, first off you can't spot reduce the fat from your belly!. When you burn calories = fat burnt from all over body, not matter what part you exercise!.

As for exercise, to keep it basic if you want to tone your arms for your biceps you should perform hammer curls and concetration curls with the dumbbells!. These two combined will tone your both your forearms and biceps and you should do 3 sets of these with 12 reps at about 2-3 times a week!.
You should also tone your trcieps (the back of the arms) and will definately make your arms less flabby!. Try doing some tricep dips and a tricep extension or even a dumbell kickback!. Again 3 sets of 12, 2-3 times a week!.
To tone your abs, do some stomach crunches first and combining this with some effective fat burning High-intensity Interval training like sprinting, cycling or swimming and you're burning fat like a madman!.

But to really see results, diet is top-dog!. Replace high sugary foods with veg and fruits for good vitamins and fibre, as well as sugars, wholemeal bread for fibre and carbs and good meats for essential fats and proteins!. This will raise your metabolism so your burn more fat a day!. Drinking 2 litres of water will help keep a healthy system and rid the sodium from your system which stores the fat around your belly!.
To lose the fat though you need to create a calorie deficit where you burn more fat than you take in!. Eg) burning 2500 calories a day while taking in 2000 will mean 500 calories lost!. Over a week this means 3500 which is the same as one pound of fat gone bye bye!.
If you want to see your abs, you need to aim to be around 15 -10% body fat!.

That's basically it in a nutshell 8-) !. This won't happen overnight and will take a lot of determination and time!. It may take a few weeks or months but the end result is well worth it =D!.

Well you should think first in lose fat and later in gain muscle!. It is Absolutelyfalse the belief that fat can be transformed in muscle!. Running is one of the best ways!. Cycling is easier but takes longer!.
You should take patience and go jogging one hour a day!. Change the terrain so it isn't boring and also change the intensity and respect the rest periods!.
You can also swim and cycle!. Combine different exercises is pretty good for your body, but don't think that it will be fast to get a good body!.
And the most important thing is the diet, even more important than the exercise but they only work together!. Eat a lot of salad, and fish keep off fast food, sweets and all that stuff and when you are going to musculate don't forget to eat a lot of eggs!.
Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
