How many calories have I consumed today?!
Question: How many calories have I consumed today!?
Breakfast - 1/4 of a tin of rice pudding!.
Lunch - I was unhealthy and had Fish (battered), chips and mushy peas!.
Dinner - A coleslaw and salad sandwich on 1 slice of white bread!.
Snacks - A packet of wine gums and 4 cream crackers!.
Drinks - 2 glasses of semi skimmed milk (with a spoonful of sugar in each glass) and a glass of ribena!.
Exercise - I walked 2 miles at a slow pace!. Plus what someone in a day burns off just through basic household duties!. Thanks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

not enough calories, that's for sure!. but you should be eating your calories in healthier ways!. example: whole wheat bread, and for snacks eat natural things like nuts, fruit, vegetables, cheese, etc!. and diets don't mean that you can't eat fat, those are specific types of diets (which are dangerous, by the way!. you need fats to live)!. also, you should be eating bigger breakfasts!. that's the key to being healthy!
